For your convenience, our veterinarians are available weekdays from 8:00 in the mornings until 18:30 at night. On Saturdays from 8:00 to 12:00 and 17:00 to 18:30. On Sundays and public holidays, we have consultation from 9h00 to 12h00. You are welcome to phone for an appointment. However, if you prefer, you may visit without an appointment. No appointments are made over weekends and public holidays, where we work on a first-come, first-served basis, with emergencies as a priority.

Pregnancy Ultrasounds and Export Documentation: These consultations are more complicated and generally scheduled between 8 am and 5 pm weekdays only. Please schedule beforehand to receive the best service.

Procedures and Dentals: Please book any surgical, medical or dental procedure in advance.

Emergencies: Seen at any time during our open hours. Outside our normal hours, please dial Fourways Veterinary Hospital: (011) 705 3411 or Bryanston Veterinary Hospital: 011 706 6023.

New Client: If you are a new client with us, download our new client form to save time at the practice.

Payments: All treatments are payable at the time of the service. We accept cash, cards and can provide a secure link for EFT payments. All fees charged are based on the recommendations of the South African Veterinary Association.

Safety: We request that dogs are presented on leads and cats in baskets when visiting the practice.
